What day should I arrive? How long should I stay?

Our main event is happening on Friday, 11/2/18, but we would love for you to make the long weekend your own by staying longer.

We're encouraging everyone to come Thursday (we're planning welcome drinks that night) and stay until at least Saturday, giving you time to enjoy Central Florida before and after the official events.

What's the dress code?

Cocktail attire… keep it clean, classy and comfortable. The weather this time of year is typically gorgeous in Orlando with low humidity.

Ladies, ceremony is on a grassy area, so stilettos may be difficult. Stick to wedges, block heels or flats. Men, suits & blazers are best. Ties are recommended but if you're feeling overly restricted, you can leave the tie at home.

Are kids invited?

We love your kids, we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off.

In case you see kids at the wedding and wonder why they're there, they are family and part of the wedding party.

How do we get to the wedding? Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Yes. Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue for all guests. Shuttles will leave from Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress at 3:15pm and 3:30pm. You may use the provided shuttles even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Ride share apps such as Uber are also widely available in Orlando area. If you prefer to drive to the wedding, parking is available.
